You'll join as Finance Business Partner in join their growing finance team at their impressive, modern offices in Middlesbrough. Offering you the opportunity to influence departmental strategy and be a key point of contact, providing both a responsive and customer-focussed service.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll join the business in a varied role, liaising with internal stakeholders in the Operations and Commercial teams being the go-to expert for financial matters. You'll dive into financial procedures, optimising processes to ensure precision and speed and will play a pivotal role in aligning financial strategies with operational goals to assist in the smooth sailing of month-end accounts.

You'll prepare reports for Financial Strategy reviews and support the Senior finance team in ensuring that month end accounts are produced accurately and on time. You'll oversee revenue analysis, attend monthly expenditure reviews and oversee ledgers.

About you:

You'll be an ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified accountant, actively studying or qualified by a wealth of experience in a similar role.
You'll be proactive and seek to drive continous improvement, with determination and the enthusiasm to put your own stamp on a role.
