* Problem Solver: Respond to support calls with a customer-focused approach, keeping communication clear and resolving issues quickly.
* Disaster Recovery Pro: Test and optimise disaster recovery plans, ensuring business continuity like a champ.
* Project Adventurer: Jump into exciting ad-hoc projects as part of the broader IT group, enhancing your skills along the way.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience providing 1st and 2nd line IT support—you're comfortable being the go-to person for tech challenges.
* A solid understanding of various hardware, software vendors, and platforms. Variety is your friend!
* Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Office 365—your cloud and collaboration toolkit.
* Bonus points if you’ve had exposure to Oracle, SQL databases, or Crystal Reports (but don't worry, they're not essential)
