I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor, this position is to start immediately.

Duties to include;

Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport
Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
Work with the management team to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
You will need to have the following;

Being able to work in a team
Patience
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Friendly and tactful personality
