As they continue to grow, they are looking for a dedicated Factory Manager to lead their production team and manage our workshop operations in Enfield.

About the Opportunity:

Due to our clients continued expansion, they are seeking a Factory Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the stonework factory. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning, scheduling, and monitoring production activities to meet deadlines and quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in managing production or factory operations within a manufacturing or stonework environment. Key responsibilities for this role include:

* Managing and coordinating the factory workforce, including supervisors, machinists, and laborers, to optimize productivity and performance.

* Overseeing production schedules to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.

* Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to meet high standards.

* Monitoring equipment and machinery, ensuring regular maintenance to minimize downtime.

* Managing budgets, inventory, and resources to ensure cost-effective production.

* Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

* Continuously improving production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
