A fantastic opportunity to join a friendly team and assist with all aspects of bookkeeping and administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties including:
* Sales ledger
* Purchase ledger
* Bank reconciliations
* VAT returns
* CIS returns
* Monitoring company email inboxes and responding to enquiries as needed
* Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries to the correct member of staff
* Filing
* Database management
* Preparing documents for jobs
Previous experience undertaking bookkeeping would be highly beneficial. The company uses Sage so previous experience of this would be ideal, but not essential. Any background in construction accounts would also be a big benefit, but not essential as training can be given.
The company are ideally looking for someone to work circa 16-24 hours per week, and can be flexible regarding how these are spread. There is opportunity for hybrid working
