We represent a school who have identified a key need for a Special Needs Teacher who can contribute to the teaching and learning of the young people in their community.
Responsibilities
The Special Needs Teacher appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
This school requires a Special Needs Teacher who is comfortable with technology, online management systems, and has strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills.
The Special Needs Teacher recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.
It is important to this school that the Special Needs Teacher they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.
Qualifications/Experience
You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role.
Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this job.
To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
