Experience and skills

• Over 10 years of professional experience, with more than 5 years as a technology lead in Legal, Ethics, Business Integrity, People And Culture, and People Services. Diverse background across various sectors, with a preference for experience in FMCH.
• Expertise in managing cross-functional teams, with practical experience in modern technologies, development methodologies (Lean & Agile practices), and tools.
• Proven track record in leading and steering large, complex programs.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills in a global environment.
