Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Setter/Operator to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting and operating a variety of CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and mill/turn machines. Familiarity with Fanuc controls, Mazatrol, and Heidenhain is required for this role.

Responsibilities

* Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and mill/turn machines

* Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications

* Change and adjust tooling as necessary

* Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues

* Adhere to all safety and quality guidelines

* Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

Qualifications

* Proven experience in setting and operating CNC machines, with a focus on mill/turn machines

* Proficiency with Fanuc controls, Mazatrol, and Heidenhain

* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

* Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
