Operational responsibilities
*
Working with the FSE Team, assisting in the fault finding, maintenance and repair of field equipment on production sites.
*
Aiding in the development, redesign or modification of equipment once on-site, according to need, feeding that information back into the teams, including engineering and deployment teams
*
Generating and interpreting production and reliability data from multiple sites to feed design updates of field equipment and operating regime of digesters.
*
Assisting in the operation and development of gas processing equipment to produce and sell commercial fuels
*
Developing standardised operation and maintenance manuals for site equipment as systems are refined and developed
*
Generating and maintaining as-built schematics of process and control systems.
*
Assisting in the generation and review of regulatory compliance documentation for operating sites.
*
Perform ATEX audits and installations and maintain ATEX equipment registers
*
Follow procedures to ensure compliance with company ISO standards, aligning with responsibility and accountability for actions as documented within HR-101a MyC RACI
*
Maintain a good working relationship with colleagues and peers, reflecting My clients values
Reporting and communication
*
Feedback on actions, progress and modifications as relevant
Team
*
Proactive member of motivated and engaging team
*
Participate actively in team meetings and proactive in own review and development
*
Supportive member of team, role modelling My clientsvalues in both internal and external relationships
H&S
*
Responsible for own H&S, adhering to company guidelines be this in an office / workshop setting, on site, in a vehicle and / or any other reasonable context

Ensuring H&S is maintained through all department activities

Highlight any H&S risks you identify to management
*
Ensure you have any and all reasonable PPE and highlight any deficiencies to management who will address as required
Essential:
Technical/Operational
Practical experience of electrical or mechanical maintenance Demonstrable experience in working with or fault finding industrial PLCs
Degree in engineering or related subject.ORNVQ/Level 3 Diploma in practical electrical installation
COMPEX 1-4Strong computer skills, MS office suite and some coding experience
Desirable:
Knowledge of DSEAR and ATEX regulation (IEC-60079) Gas processing / AD commissioning and operations experience.
Experience of working with pressure systems including small bore tubing.
Experience of working with control systems and coding.
Knowledge of risk assessments, and permit to work systems.
Understanding of process safety and the risks associated.
The Salary for this role is paying up to £35,000 to £50,000
