Citrix Engineer

Hybrid working - 2 days per week required in the office.

The successful candidate will administer the day-to-day operations of the Citrix VDI Infrastructure and services.

Working closely with the Architecture, Service Delivery and Service Desk Teams, as well as the wider Technology Department to effectively support and administer the full life cycle of Citrix infrastructure operations, services, projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Ownership of Citrix infrastructure operations and service management
- Ownership of monitoring and managing Citrix related Incidents and Tasks Queues on ServiceNow
- Manage and maintain Citrix Work Plan and the program of annual maintenance and continuous service improvements
- Create and review change requests to support project delivery and operational change
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design, end-user and operations documentation sets

Required Skills/Experience:
- Extensive experience of Citrix XenDesktop, Citrix Cloud, Active Directory, Group Policies, Citrix Profile Management, Provisioning Services, NetScaler, VMware ESX, networking
- Experience of managing complex multi-site Citrix infrastructure operations
- Experience of Citrix service upgrades and migrations
- Knowledge of PowerShell Scripting and automation
- Experience of ITIL environments and processes, preferably using ServiceNow
