Senior Salesforce Developer - Reading/Hybrid working

Our client is a Salesforce ISV with over 15 years of experience in the industry and a continued growth trajectory, they are seeking a Full time Senior Salesforce Developer to join their technical team. Any experience with AI and/or of working in the Cloud (AWS or Azure) is a bonus.

• As the Senior Salesforce Developer your primary focus will be on implementing new features, including AI, for their AppExchange-listed packages.
• You might also be involved in Back End services using Azure.
• Ideally, you should have at least 3 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform and some background in .NET/C#, or Python development.
• This role offers a chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a small but effective team.

What you'll do as the Senior Salesforce Developer:

• Write clean, test-driven, and scalable code.
• Revise, update, refactor, and debug code.
• Quickly learn new technologies.
• Stay updated with the latest industry best practices.
• Produce architecture artifacts to explain strategic changes to key stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and pull request approvals.

What You'll Need as the Senior Salesforce Developer:

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience (APEX & React).
• 5+ years of general software development experience within a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Familiarity with architecture patterns and APIs (REST, SOAP).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, source control, and software development teams.
• Familiarity with .NET/C# or Python.
• A passion for programming.

Additional Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with SQL (ideally SQL Server).
• Knowledge of Microservice Architecture and modelling techniques like Event Storming.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS.

Qualifications:
