About you

We are looking for an experienced Bid Writer with a strong track record of successfully winning digital transformation bids in the public sector, specifically within central government. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of public procurement frameworks and processes aligned to CCS, particularly G-Cloud, DOS, and DSP. The successful candidate will be capable of crafting high-quality and compelling bid responses that represent our Deliberately Different ethos.

• Proven Track Record: Significant experience in bid writing, with a focus on digital transformation bids within central government.
• Public Sector Expertise: Deep understanding of public sector procurement processes, particularly in relation to public sector frameworks.
• Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives for non-technical audiences.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to writing and reviewing bids, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with tender requirements.
• Project Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously, prioritise workloads, and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Digital Transformation Knowledge: Understanding of digital technologies and methodologies, including cloud solutions, agile delivery, and service design within the public sector.
