For our customer in Brussels (Anderlecht area), we are looking for a Senior Test Engineer - experience with Dynamics 365. 2 Days onsite work is required and Dutch or French is mandatory. Knowledge of SOAP is a must-have.

Our client is currently looking for a senior Test Engineer with experience in Dynamics 365 due to additional demands and increasing challenges.

Within this department, there are 3 squads in place with +-10 team-members/squad

In the department there are 3 types of projects
- maintenance on projects in production
- new large-scale projects
- changes on deployed projects

Primary Tasks and responsibilities:
Creating and development of test scenarios & test cases and it's maintenance in collaboration with the development team as analysts, developers, project leaders, UAT testers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and design comprehensive test plans and test cases for Microsoft Dynamics platform-based applications.
Execute test cases manually and/or using automated testing tools to validate software functionality, performance, reliability, and usability.
Identify, document, and prioritize software defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
Perform regression testing to verify that defects have been addressed and new functionality has been implemented correctly.
Test execution during the development phase
Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test scripts to streamline testing efforts and improve efficiency.
Continuously monitor and improve software testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and accelerate release cycles.
Report to the development team when in regards to the quality and progress of their developed project
Identification and creation of test scenarios for the (web)application (SOAP is a must skill): manual - 20%, and automated - 80%.
Execution of (non-)regression testing to assure the integrity of the current functionalities
Participation in the re-evaluation & approval of the deliverables of other testers (scenarios, plans, automated tests, etc)
Makes sure the all test are realized in the applicable environment, while monitoring it's execution & test Framework management (adjusting where necessary).
Time line management and progress monitoring - report
Write the test scenarios and report on them to assure ongoing quality through the identification of the necessary regression tests.
Document the test results & communicate thouroughly with the team leader.
Analyse & report possible improvement of the development cycle for the applications avoiding problems during the production stage.

.Data Migration and Data Validation*: Familiarity with data migration processes and tools for migrating data into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, as well as testing data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.

.Reporting and Analytics*: Ability to test and validate reports, dashboards, and analytics within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement using tools like Power BI, SQL Reporting Services (SSRS), or Microsoft Excel.

. Mobile and Offline Capability Testing*: Experience in testing the mobile and offline capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including mobile app functionality, synchronization, and data offline access.

.Microsoft Dynamics 365 App for Outlook*: Proficiency in testing the integration and functionality of Microsoft Dynamics 365 App for Outlook for email tracking, calendar synchronization, and contact management within Microsoft Outlook.

.Security and Role-based Access Testing*: Understanding of security roles, permissions, and role-based access control (RBAC) within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including testing user access levels and security configurations.

.Performance Testing*: Experience in performance testing of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including load testing, stress testing, and scalability testing to ensure optimal performance under various conditions.

.Upgrade and Patch Testing*: Familiarity with testing upgrades, patches, and new releases of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including regression testing to ensure compatibility and functionality across versions.

.Test Automation Frameworks*: Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools for automating testing tasks within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, such as Selenium, Cucumber, or Microsoft's own Dynamics 365 Test Automation Suite.

Non-Technical profile requirements
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in computer science OR equivalent through experience.
