EUC Engineer/Specialist from a Microsoft platform background is required by this global Media and Publishing business.

Responsibilities will be to provide day to day support to work with your colleagues in the Infrastructure & Operations function, including working across other IT teams (eg Data Centre, Database) to keep things running and at the same time getting involved in projects to improve the provision and security of their current services as well as piloting and implementing new ones to help the business to succeed. You'll be supporting all software and hardware within the organisation and the overall management of the Windows and mobile device estate.

In particular you will be able to demonstrate:

• Ensure availability of EUC infrastructure and related Back Office services
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, escalate and notify EUC related product/hardware/services issues
• Ensure security across mobile device estate
• Application packaging, deployment of OS and software
• Support remote and mobile workforce
• M365 Certification
• 3rd line Windows 10/11 technical support
• OEM technical support
• SCCM/MECM, Windows deployment Services/PXE
• Enterprise software patching (Powershell App Deployment/PatchMyPC desirable)
• WSUS/LAPS/BitLocker, Defender ASR
• Intune, MAM/MDM
• Cloud based EUC support technologies
• Endpoint security, M365 Defender
