I'm currently working exclusively with fantastic Microsoft Gold Partner who have just won 6 new huge clients in the retail, manufacturing and warehousing industry. Due to this there has been a demand into growing their supportive team.

You'll be working alongside directors of the business being exposed to all area's of operations with a goal to ensure that clients have the smoothest customer experience whilst understanding their business requirements around Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, from discovery to go-live.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into effective Business Central solutions.
• Configure and customise Business Central to meet client-specific requirements.
• Provide training and ongoing support to clients post-implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Business Central functionality.
• Stay up to date with the latest updates and features of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including demos and solution design discussions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Consultant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Business Central, including configuration, customisation, and integration capabilities.
• Experience with end-to-end implementation projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central are a plus.
• Experience within the Retail, Manufacturing and Warehousing industry is high desired
