Location: Nationwide/Remote/Field Sales

Salary Range: £55,000.00 - £65,000.00 DOE (Plus OTE)

Car Allowance: £4,000.00

The Role:

Commercial Services Group are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join the People Services division as Head of Business Development. This role is pivotal in leading the nationwide expansion of our well-established business and revolutionising how education markets attract and retain talent across the UK.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the expansion of our unique education recruitment service into new geographical locations, with a strong focus on customer acquisition, and engagement with job seekers in the UK education market.

Please note this role includes a requirement to travel nationally, so please bear in mind when applying.

Key Duties:

Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to acquire new customers and engage with job seekers in the UK education market.

Build and nurture strategic partnerships with educational establishments, local authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.

Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, client acquisition, and expansion of service offerings.

Act as an advocate for the business with regular presentations and speaking engagements at relevant events and exhibitions.

Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet customers' specific needs, continuously innovating based on market feedback.
Ideal Candidate:

Sales super-sleuth! Has the ability to transform prospect client relationships, particularly within Educational settings into successful partnerships and sales.

Marketing genius, someone who is able to create and implement key marketing strategies in order to attract new clients and candidates.

Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, the ideal candidate will build relationships with a range of individuals from all walks of life.

Proven track record of delivering income growth in a business development environment.

Team player with strong commercial acumen, who is happy to collaborate as part of a wider commercial team in order achieve commercial objectives
