Our client is an engineering consultancy that has celebrated being in business for over 35 years.
At present, they are looking to appoint a Structural Technician with a strong knowledge of CAD and Revit software to their Glasgow office.
The project pipeline of this consultancy is unique and stands out as they are considered experts of conservation of ancient monuments, commercial units, industrial structures, housing estates, boutique hotels and leisure facilities.
Although the Glasgow office has small headcount of around 30, the company has several more offices throughout the UK.
This allows them to attract lots of business, compete with the larger firms of the industry, and this has resulted in a healthy pipeline that secures work for several years to come. This multi-disciplinary firm has been creating innovative and sustainable designs in the UK and globally for over 35 years, further emphasizing their ability to punch above their weight and compete with the bigger firms.
You will work on a wide range of projects as a Structural Technician, including commercial, education, healthcare, historic and listed buildings, hotels, industrial, refurbishment, residential, retail, and sport and leisure.
As a Structural Revit Technician, you should have at least 3 years of experience working in a design firm and have a track record of successfully completing similar projects.
You will also have excellent communication skills and be at comfortable interacting with both our colleagues and clients.

£30,000 - £40,000

Flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week from home.
26 days annual leave 7 days fixed over Christmas.
