Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the global FP&A function, overseeing a team of professionals across various regions.
Develop and implement the financial planning process, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Partner with executive leadership to drive business performance, cost management, and capital efficiency.
Lead the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
Provide in-depth analysis of financial results, key business drivers, and risks/opportunities to the executive team.
Develop comprehensive financial models to support business decisions, mergers & acquisitions, and investment planning.
Implement KPI and performance measurement frameworks to assess financial and operational performance across global business units.
Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, providing insights into variances, trends, and recommendations for action.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across the business, providing financial guidance on new investments, growth initiatives, and market developments.
Collaborate closely with treasury, investor relations, and operations teams to ensure a holistic view of financial strategy.
Drive process improvement and efficiency in financial reporting, forecasting, and business analytics.
Leverage advanced data analytics tools and technologies to enhance decision-making processes. Qualifications & Experience
ACCA, CIMA or ACA
Experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a large, complex, and multinational organisation
Energy/Manufacturing sector experience strongly preferred, especially in renewable energy or utility companies.
Proven track record of driving business performance and strategic decision-making through financial insights.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities with experience working in a matrixed global environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
