Mechanical Shift Engineer - Continental Shift - Commercial building - Battersea - Temp to perm - £24-25p/h
My client is looking for a Shift Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building In Battersea. The successful candidates will be Mechanically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out Mechanical maintenance in a commercial environment. In return, the company are offering an hourly rate of £24-25p/h.
Hours of work & Salary
£24-25p/h ( paid via umbrella )
Continental Shift - 07:00 am-19:00 pm / 19:00 pm -07:00 am
Overtime Available
Salary offered up to £49k
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
Chillers - Re-set
Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
Monitor mechanical plant
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
Pumps, motors
Water Treatment
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
Requirements
Experience working in a large commercial building
DBS required
Mechanical qualifications ( NVQ / C&G )
You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Good communication skills
Excellent customer skills
Must be able to get to site for 07:00am start
Availability for a teams call prior to starting
