A beautiful 40 bed care home in Boston are looking for and experienced Nurse Registered Manager

Required:

Nursing home setting experience
NVQ 5 or working towards
Proficient in supervising staff and coordinating care services
Knowledge of medication administration and patient care best practices
Experience in dementia care
. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing care homes, supervising staff, and providing excellent patient care services. Most importantly, they will have a sense of business acumen to steer the home towards high and consistent occupancy levels.

Duties

- Manage day-to-day operations of the home, including quality assurance processes, resident care and administrative tasks.
- Supervise and provide guidance to care staff, ensuring delivery of high-quality care to residents.
- Develop and implement care plans for each resident, considering their individual needs and preferences.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents, addressing any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere within the care home, promoting social engagement and emotional well-being among residents.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards for residential care.
