Kinetic Recruitment are looking to recruit a Supply Chain Analyst with immediate starts to work for a busy Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company based in Runcorn.

Annual salary of £37,000
Monday - Friday 9-5 / 37.5 hours per week
To begin ASAP
Pre-screening mandatory prior to start date
On site
Initially 6 months from start date / Temp to perm for right candidate.
25 days annual leave pro rata + bank holidays

Purpose of the role:

* Responsible for defining, documenting and agreeing all processes and operating procedures in the Master Data business area, based on right first time and best practice.

* Act as subject matter expert for the Master Data workstream, leading and contributing to all project phases from requirements definition through to live operations.

* Continuously review accuracy of data to ensure business needs are met.

* Provide ongoing training, support, updates and future enhancement of Master Data management as appropriate.

* Continual evaluation and appraisal of the global changes through impact assessments with appropriate validation and implementation of new releases in line with validation protocols.

* Accountable for ensuring successful implementation of standard global processes, evaluating end-to-end performance and affecting necessary design or execution adjustments. Promoting the wider adoption of best practice methodologies in Master Data management across the company.

* Overall responsibility for the extraction, transformation, cleansing and loading of Master Data from multiple systems.

* Provide support when necessary to Supply Chain outside the Master Data Function e.g. Vendor Change Notifications.

Qualifications / Skills:

* Undergraduate BA/BS degree in a related discipline
* Highly functional computer software skills (Word, Excel, Adobe and SAP)
* Ideally knowledge, experience and understanding of Trackwise and Glorya systems

* You will have knowledge of data management and analysis, including the understanding of how data is maintained in SAP and associated data platforms, and how data is modelled and catalogued within industry.

* You will utilise experience in documenting and analysing data, including, as examples, master data and metadata models, master data flows, and data catalogues / business glossaries.

* Strong communicator and facilitator and able to work with diverse people across all levels of the worldwide Teva business.

* IT literate and the ability to interpret data.

* Conversant with MS Office Suite, high level working in Excel.
