Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating and nurturing a small group of low ability students in an engaging learning environment. This role requires good communication skills and the ability to effectively manage student behaviour

Duties:

* Support and teach students with SEN needs,

* Small classroom size, low ability

* Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the needs of all students,

* Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive classroom environment,

* Assess and record student progress to ensure learning objectives are met,

* Communicate with parents and colleagues regarding student development and progress,

* Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation,

* Utilise early childhood education techniques to engage young learners.

* Weekly PPA is given

Skills:

* Qualified teacher

* Excellent communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues effectively

* Ability to educate and inspire students of all abilities

* ASAP
