Fraser Edwards are working directly with a Social Housing Association to recruit for a Repairs Supervisor working within social housing across the Enfield and surrounding areas.

Main Duties:
* Repairs Supervisor to cover team of high performing repairs operatives to deliver high standards of work quality and efficient use of materials.
* To undertake a range of complex diagnostics and co-ordinating multi trade repair projects for repairs affecting multiple properties such as major leaks, demonstrating proficient level skills and experience across a range of trades carpentry, plumbing decorating, plastering, and tiling.
* Carrying out toolbox talks and one to ones with operatives.
* Pre and Post inspections on tenanted properties.
* Managing void team ensure voids are delivered within time scale.
* Ensuing compliance of health and safety rules and regulations in all work activities are maintained.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience within a Social Housing supervision role
* Full UK Manual Driving License
* 2+ Years Experience
Working Hours:
* Monday – Friday
* 36 Hours Per Week
* 8am-4pm
* Contract Role (Temp-Perm)
