Trainee Mortgage Advisor

Altrincham

Office based.

9-5 Monday to Friday (no shifts)

Salary up to 28K + birthdays off+ free parking

We are seeking career driven individuals who want to strive in the mortgage industry with a super successful business, based in the Altrincham area who specialise in mortgage broking. You will be joining a forward-thinking business.

Job role: -

* Relationship building with Lenders to understand timescales, processes and be able to challenge the decision if required.

* Relationship building with customers.

* Action any tasks set to assist with the underwriting process, chasing valuations, lenders – ensuring knowledge & understanding around checking documents.

* Manage and action daily tasks and emails.

* Be prepared to go the extra mile.

What’s needed?

* Must hold full CeMAP qualification or equivalent CII Level 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice

* Have at least 6 months recent mortgage processing experience, preferably from within a brokerage.

* Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Must have excellent analytical skills and prefer to work in a structured, planned manner.

* Or been a case manager for a min of 12 months
