Position: Part-Time Maths Teacher (KS3 - KS5)
Contract: 3 Months
Start Date: Immediate
Location: Thornbury
Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maths Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis. This role covers teaching students from Year 7 to Year 12 (KS3 - KS5) for a period of 3 months, starting immediately. The successful candidate will also take on the responsibility of a Year 9 tutor group.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality maths lessons to students in Years 7 through 12.
Plan, prepare, and mark coursework and assessments.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum.
Provide pastoral care and support as a Year 9 tutor.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and achievement.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience teaching maths at KS3, KS4, and KS5 levels.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
