Loan Administration Team Lead - Investment Management, Permanent

A boutique investment management firm are looking for a Loan Administration Team Lead to join their Portfolio Administration function. They are looking for someone to come in and lead daily operational processes and deputise for the Head of Portfolio Administration on various projects across the debt portfolio.

Responsibilities:
Organising how daily processes are completed to ensure that all loan and trade and supply chain finance transactions are processed in an accurate and efficient manner. The team lead will manage process improvements and provide expertise and guidance on loan transactions and guidance.

You will need:
Knowledge and experience of Loan Administration Team Leadership in a financial services environment.
In depth understanding of loan administration systems such eFront and Debt Domain.
Proven ability to prioritise tasks effectively and deliver these priorities on time to a high standard.
Experienced in implementing solutions to improve processes and systems.
Proficient in excel to identify relevant information and able to present data to senior audiences.
Technical knowledge and expertise of debt products.
