Business Analyst (Customer and Channel Management) - Fully Remote - SQL

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with a strong background in customer and product data analysis to join our Financial Services customer on a full-time, fully remote, freelance basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analysing data related to customer profiles, product coverage, pricing, sales, and offerings, to help drive our customer and channel management strategies.

Advanced SQL skills are essential, as you will be working extensively with large datasets and various platforms to extract insights that will inform business decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, contributing to sprints and working sessions to ensure data-driven approaches are integrated into our projects.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and experience in using data visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Please note you must be based in either Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia to be considered for this role.
