Strategic Workforce Planning Consultant | Switzerland | 6 Month Contract
Are you an experienced Strategic Workforce Planning Consultant living in Switzerland? The external consultant should help my client integrate business transformation efforts into the business strategy by setting up a company-wide practice.
We will also consider relocators, as long as you are available fast
General Conditions
- Daily Rate: CHF 1000
- Start Date: ASAP/October 1st
- End Date: 31st March 2024
- Home Office: 4 days per week
- Location: Zurich 1 day per week
Key Responsibilities
- Shape the design, build-up and scaling of a company-wide strategic workforce planning practice to shape the future practice, optimizing the approach for implementation and requirements solutions.
- Delivery of specific products, for example, company-wide workforce demand planning process, location analysis process.
- Act as advisor and subject matter expert for dedicated business transformations in close collaboration with business leaders and global HR partners. For example, defining future needed roles and skills, analyze relevant workforce data regarding job roles, future headcount, people demand and supply forecasts, headcount development, scenario modelling, talent availability and demand analysis and location analysis.
- Translate data into tangible insights and people actions.
- We are looking for someone with extensive strategic workforce planning experience, a sense of strong ownership and dedication with a hands-on mentality, who is pragmatic and can act as lead but also think strategically.
- The person should have extensive experience in strategic workforce planning or setting this up externally as a consultant.
Essentials skills/experience-based requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Strategic Workforce Planning or in a consultancy role
- Experience in project management, change leadership, and working in agile setups
- Ability to create compelling storylines/decks for senior leaders, incl. synthesizing data to define key people insights and metrics
- Exceptional communicator in English (verbal and written) and able to convince stakeholder on senior level
