We are seeking committed and passionate After School Program Assistant to design and/or lead academic, physical, and enrichment activities as part of our East Bay After School Programs. Pay rate: $25/hour based on experience
Off holidays, summers, and weekends

Minimum Qualifications:
Must have an (a) Associate Degree or higher, or (b) 48 or more college units, or (c) High School Diploma or GED and pass Instructional Aide exam
Must pass background check and provide TB clearance
1-2 years experience in a K-12 setting
Available Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week, afternoons until 6 pm
Commitment to social justice, youth leadership and development
Be able to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple priorities and strict deadlines
Preferred:
Commitment to a full school year
Commitment to participate in professional development
Responsibilities:
Assist the Program Coordinator in all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the program at the school site
Support program coordinator in supervision and safety of the program
Create, plan, and facilitate engaging enrichment and physical activities for students
Promote a safe and positive emotional climate in the classroom and on the campus
