Overview:
The CDC Warehouse Administrator provides essential support to warehouse operations by managing inventory, handling data entry, and ensuring efficient service. This role involves close collaboration with warehouse staff and maintaining accurate stock records.
Duties:
* Conducting daily stock checks and ensures accurate data entry.
* Producing reports to monitor stock accuracy and address discrepancies.
* Coordinating with warehouse teams and branches to ensure smooth operations.
* Responding to queries promptly and professionally.
* Suggesting and implements administrative improvements.
* Managing fleet services, MOTs, and CPC data recording.
* Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
* Performing other tasks as needed to support business operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Possesses knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with Autopart is a plus.
* Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Holds a driving licence; a forklift truck licence is desirable.
