We are looking for a dedicated SEN Education Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Stoke-on-Trent.

About the Role:

As an SEN Education Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in matching talented professionals with schools and educational settings that support children with Special Educational Needs. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role that requires someone with a strong understanding of the SEN sector, excellent people skills, and a drive to succeed in a sales position.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the recruitment process for SEN roles, including teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff.
Building and maintaining relationships with local schools, education professionals, and candidates.
Identifying and placing the right candidates into temporary and permanent roles.
Proactively sourcing new candidates using a variety of channels such as job boards, networking, and social media.
Meeting targets for candidate placements, client development, and overall business growth.
Providing ongoing support and guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

What We're Looking For:

A genuine passion for education and making a difference in the SEN sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Target-driven with a desire to succeed in a sales-based environment.
Knowledge of the local Stoke-on-Trent education market is advantageous.
