We work extensively with this particular school and are currently assisting in the recruitment of a dynamic Learning Support Assistant who can join their team of exited and committed staff.
Responsibilities
There will be an expectation for the successful Learning Support Assistant to create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school's core values.
The Learning Support Assistant recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.
The ideal candidate for this Learning Support Assistant role needs to be highly confident and able to support students from al different backgrounds.
The Learning Support Assistant chosen for this role will be responsible for working with a range of abilities and be comfortable catering to the broad needs of their students.
Qualifications/Experience
You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
