We represent a school who have identified a key need for a Early Years Teacher who can contribute to the teaching and learning of the young people in their community.
Responsibilities
The Early Years Teacher hired for this role must maintain high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets.
It is important to this school that the Early Years Teacher they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.
The ideal candidate for this Early Years Teacher role needs to be highly confident and able to support students from al different backgrounds.
The Early Years Teacher chosen for this role will be responsible for working with a range of abilities and be comfortable catering to the broad needs of their students.
Qualifications/Experience
You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role.
Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this job.
To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
