* Ensuring Customers enjoy a great customer experience in store
* Gaining an understanding of Customer needs, finding the correct products, and making the sale
* Handling telephone enquiries from customers
* Keeping the internal Stock System up to date at all times
* Ensuring customers are kept up to date on the status of their order throughout all stages of the purchase process
* Taking details of customer issues and placing of service calls
* Negotiating replacements with suppliers if appropriate
* General administration duties
* Assisting with returns
* Assisting with putting new products on display
* Ensuring Price Tickets are kept up to date on all items in the showroom
Essential:
* Previous Sales / Customer Service experience
* Personable, team player
* Great communicator
* Able to work and enjoy a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational skills with an excellent attention to detail
* Demonstrable experience of problem solving and answering customer queries
Working hours are 9 -am - 5:30pm Monday - Saturday (with one day off during the week)
