This Administrator role is to work within a family-owned company, supporting both the sales and finance functions with the focus of your role being receiving and processing the customer orders and managing the entirety of this process.

The duties for this Administrator role will include but not be limited to:

Taking orders from customers and adding them to the system
Providing quotations and resolving any order queries
Pricing of orders ready for invoicing
Adding all E-commerce orders to the system
Arranging couriers for E-commerce deliveries
Updating the Cashbooks
Purchase Ledger duties including invoice register, coding and matching, statement checking and managing of accounts inbox.The successful Administrator will have / be:

Experience in a customer-focused role
Computer literate including knowledge of sales order systems
Comfortable working as part of a team
Confident to work on their own and take the initiative to solve problems
Proactive, flexible and adaptableImmediate interviews available for this role with an immediate start possible, however candidates on a notice will still be considered.
