Senior Architect – Residential & Care

Information on the role
* Lead the conceptualization and design of residential projects, ensuring that architectural plans align with client needs, regulatory standards, and the company's vision
* Coordinate and manage the architectural aspects of projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and collaboration with construction teams, contractors, and consultants
* Ensure that all designs and construction meet high standards of quality, sustainability, and safety, conducting regular site visits and inspections
* Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and making necessary adjustments to designs based on client feedback
* Guide and mentor junior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative work environment, and ensuring that the team adheres to best practices and project timelines.
What we’d like from you
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
* Experienced in Residential, Care Homes, Retirement Homes, Later Living, Support Living, or Social Housing Projects
* Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
* Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing design teams.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
