We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Services Engineer to join our team at our well know manufacturing facility. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our site’s key infrastructure, including refrigeration systems, steam boilers, air compressors, and water and effluent services. You will also ensure that the building fabric is improved and all working areas are maintained in a clean and orderly condition. Your expertise will be vital in minimising operational disruptions through both planned and reactive maintenance tasks, contributing to our commitment to operational excellence.
To be successful in this role, you should have a recognised apprenticeship or technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, coupled with proven experience as a Building Services Technician. You must demonstrate hands-on knowledge in maintaining and repairing mechanical systems such as actuators, sensors, pumps, chillers, ventilation, and heating systems. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, along with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations is also key to ensuring compliance and maintaining a safe working environment.
