Responsibilities:

Demonstrate an efficient and effective approach to all working practises.
Lead by example, offering training and support to team members as needed.
Deal with internal systems (Netsuite) to keep track of deliveries in the warehouse.
Ensure all products are packed and ready for collection, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
Foster good relationships with suppliers and couriers, ensuring smooth logistical operations.
Collaborate with the Logistics team and Sales Support to assist with customer returns and other challenges.
Maintain a safe and tidy working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Optimise stock holding to meet operational needs effectively.
Assist in managing the Pick-Pack, dispatch, and returns procedures.
Provide daily reports to the warehouse supervisor, promptly communicating any changes or issues in planned workload.Skills Required:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Any prior NetSuite experience desirable
Punctual and able to manage time effectively.
Ability to take initiative and work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
