Building Management Services Engineer (BMS)
Based | Beaconsfield
Offer | £45,000 - £60,000 + Exceptional Benefits

Due to continued growth, my client a UK energy solutions provider, who are efficient and energy conscious operation of electrical and mechanical services who a located in Beaconsfield, London is looking for a Building Management Services Engineer to add to their growing engineering team.
The Role:
* As a Building Management Service engineer you will be Field based, so you will be travelling to different client sites around the UK (Mainly London but this could change)
* Ability to work unaccompanied is essential
* You will join a lively group of engineers
What We Are Looking For:
* As a Building Management Service engineer you would have experience in IT and Software skills, creating software and designing Control Panel Drawings or Wiring diagrams
* Experience in Installing, repairing and maintaining BMS systems and hardware
* Knowledge of Tridium, Cylon, Distech, Trend or AutoCAD would be beneficial but not essential
* Knowledge of BACnet & Modbus protocols would be a benefit
* Knowledge if other IT Packages is essential e.g. Microsoft Outlook
* It would be beneficial to have knowledge and understanding of BMS Systems and interfacing with Air Conditioning/Ventilation Systems
* Experience of working within a Building Management Service commercial environment is desirable
Qualifications:
* ESCS Card or equivalent would be essential
* An electrical qualification would be beneficial
* Driving License is essential
