Role Overview:
As a Practice Nurse, you will be a key player in the healthcare team, working closely with GP Partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
Patient Care: Perform a range of clinical tasks as prescribed by GP Partners, working autonomously within Patient Group Directions, agreed protocols, and evidence-based practices.
Treatment Planning: Assess patients, develop treatment plans, implement them, and conduct regular reviews to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Team Leadership: Share responsibility for supervising junior nursing staff, delegating duties, and ensuring all team members work within their competencies.

Leadership experience and the ability to mentor and support junior staff.
