Maintenance Supervisor - Thames Refinery, East London (Day Shift)
Are you ready to take on a role that challenges your engineering mindset? As a Maintenance Supervisor at our Thames Refinery, you’ll work closely with our Engineering Manager to optimise plant performance and enhance maintenance activities. This is more than just maintaining machinery—it's about leading a team of Maintenance Technicians and contractors to exceed safety, quality, and efficiency standards. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our plant runs smoothly and efficiently.
In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in maintenance management and team leadership within a process environment. You’ll collaborate with senior engineers and Process Team Managers to plan and schedule preventative, planned, and reactive maintenance activities. Your day-to-day will involve managing mechanical and E/I maintenance, driving continuous improvement projects, and ensuring clear communication across the plant. This is your chance to make a real impact, leading critical maintenance initiatives while managing budgets and upholding safety standards.
We’re looking for someone with experience in a similar manufacturing environment, skilled across multiple engineering trades, and knowledgeable in predictive and preventative maintenance techniques. In return, we offer comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you reach your full potential. If you’re ready to lead and drive change in a challenging and rewarding environment, apply now and join us at Thames Refinery
