My client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, strong technical skills, and the ability to bring concepts to life through precise technical drawings and project management. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between design and construction, ensuring that our projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed architectural drawings, technical designs, and specifications using CAD and BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to produce accurate and efficient technical solutions for various project types.
Conduct site visits, surveys, and assessments to gather information and monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with design intent and building regulations.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle to address technical issues and provide design solutions.Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology, Building Technology, or a related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant CAD/BIM software.
Strong knowledge of building regulations, codes, and standards.
