We are looking for Team Management experience and a proven track record of achievement for this exciting role working for one of our most prestigious clients.
Our client is looking to recruit a Billing Sales Office Manager who wants to work for a forward-thinking company that puts the fun back into the fundamentals of excellence in everything they do. Is this you? If so, you need to speak with Maria Jarvis at Commercial Recruitment.
Key responsibilities:
* Hands on role managing and leading a team of 3 Sales Executives.
* Achieve and exceed the company confirmed revenue targets per revenue stream
* Build and maintain relationships with new venue and corporate clients to maximise all revenue streams.
* Account manage and grow existing new business clients – drive growth of previous years achieved revenue. Use effective account management techniques to support and grow new business clients.
* Identify potential leads for new business and assist in development of new clients.
* Plan site visits for new business clients and communicate effectively with the client and the internal team.
* Attend meetings, Industry events, and FAM trips where requested.
* Work closely with the Marketing Director to support and implement marketing campaigns, contribute to the industry news update and social media posts to help increase awareness.
* Understand and actively support the relationships with commercial partners.
* Maintenance and contribution to the company culture and core values
* 100% compliance of all SLA’s and SOP
* Achieve site visit target of 100 venues per year.
* Identify potential leads for new business and assist in development of new clients.
Key skills and experience:
* Team Management experience.
* Proven track record of achievement.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft programmes.
* Negotiation and relationship building skills.
* Effective account management skills.
* Highly numerate.
* Good level of geographical knowledge.
* Effective presentation skills.
* Effective closing skills.
* Desirable - Experience of hotel, events and meeting industry preferred.
Person specification:
* Team sales management experience is essential along with a proven track record of achievement.
* Good knowledge of marketing.
* Keen to self-develop.
* Unafraid of new challenges.
* Highly sales driven
