We are looking for a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic secondary school in Harrow. This long-term role is perfect for graduates passionate about supporting students in KS3 and KS4 with SEN, both academically and emotionally.

Key Details:

Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant in a Secondary School (KS3 & KS4)
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Paid £95 to £110 per day, term time only
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN
Collaborate closely with SENCo, class teachers, and other support staff
Located in Harrow, London - easily accessible via public transport
Excellent training and development opportunitiesEssential Criteria:

Must hold a Psychology degree (or related field)
Passionate about working with students with SEN in a secondary school environment
A genuine interest in pursuing a career in educational psychology, teaching, or therapy
Previous experience working with children or young people (voluntary or paid) is desirable but not essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents
A proactive, empathetic, and patient approach to supporting students' needs
