Location: Midlands

Salary: £40K to £50K DOE

Our Client is an independently owned group of established businesses who design, install, maintain and monitor electronic life safety security systems. With ambitions to grow the business significantly over the next 2 years, they have a mission to provide an unrivalled customer experience and professional service. We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join a growing team. If you have a proven track record in sales within the fire and security industry, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and convert your sales pipeline.
Build strong client relationships and generate new business, whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Design and quote integrated fire and security systems.
Analyse market trends and provide insights to improve our offering.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development within fire and security.
Ability to design and price fire and security systems.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales targets.
