BDS are currently recruiting for an experienced Sheltered Housing Officer to be based at a retirement complex in Camberley.
This is a permanent and Part time role, 17.5 hours between 3 and 5 days flexible
£17 Per Hour
The role will involve;
* Supporting residents with changes to their tenancies
* Proactively engage with residents to address rent and service charge arrears
* To empathetically respond to tenancy breaches including anti-social behaviour
* To report and raise repairs
* To assist with lettings and allocations
