A well-regarded secondary school in Hammersmith and Fulham is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic administrator to join their team in September. This full-time role will see you play a vital part in the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the school's administrative systems, including maintaining student records, attendance registers, and exam data.
Provide administrative support to teaching staff, such as photocopying, filing, and preparing teaching resources.
Handle queries from parents, students, and external contacts professionally and promptly.
Oversee the reception area, greeting visitors and directing them as needed.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
