Role: Goods Out Administrator

Location: Bedford

Hours: Monday to Saturday - (Apply online only) / have to be flexible over the weekends

Salary: £12.50

Starting asap - temp to perm

Job Purpose:

The Goods Out Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all customer orders picks are pulled and stock allocated correctly, orders despatched and labels printed for pick completion.

This is a split role between the warehouse and at a desk, the candidate must be prepared to put on PPE and get stuck in!

The individuals may be requested to work additional hours and/or weekends during busy periods.

Skills Attributes:

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Methodical and reliable approach to all work
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good time management
Good IT and computer skills
Good level of English to be able t read and understand the instructions
PC literate MS office
To be calm under pressure and not afraid to ask for assistance
Problem solving
Responsibilities:

Pick Processing run customer orders off the system as operational picks and log within internal tracker
Working with the other departments to co-ordinate customer requirements for deliveries
Highlighting stock discrepancies to the stock control team

Ensure the pick note has been completed correctly when handed back and input details onto the internal tracker
Convert pick notes into delivery notes once the transport carrier has been identified
Where possible increasing customer orders to clear pallet locations

Report any non-conformance on the tracker related picking process
To assist with order checking and labelling as required
Updating KPI’s spreadsheet/ creating additional checks for documents to be filled in correctly
Supporting with Quality/ ISO/ BRC
Investigations/ Queries
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work environment
Cross training will be given to cover other departmental holidays in despatch and operational admin
