Then reach out! Kingston Barnes is recruiting an Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in the Milton Keynes area.
The Company:
A company specialising in the hire, installation, and maintenance of Diesel Generators. The company’s products apply to a variety of industries, and they have a solid customer base. They have steadily grown over the last few years and are now looking to take on another Administrative Assistant.
The Role:
You will provide administration support to the Milton Keynes Depot, supporting the team in various rental hire duties and providing efficient customer service.
Duties include, but aren’t limited to:
* Answer incoming telephone calls
* Raise purchase orders as required
* Provide administration support to office and yard staff as required
* Produce job sheets as required for Engineers
About you:
* Experience in a similar role
* Experience using InspHire database or similar
* Experience using Goldmine CRM or similar
* Proactive attitude and able to work well with others
Package:
* £25,000 - £27,000 per year
* Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm)
* 23 days annual leave + Bank Holidays – increases with length of service
* Company pension scheme
* Private medical scheme
* Life assurance x3
* Excellent progression and development opportunities
