Our client, a specialised SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school, is seeking an empathetic and dedicated SEMH Teacher to join their team.

Position Overview: Are you an experienced teacher with a passion for supporting students with SEMH needs? Our client is looking for an SEMH Teacher who can create a nurturing learning environment that caters to the unique needs of students facing social, emotional, and mental health challenges. Your role will be to deliver tailored education plans that help each student achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver individualised lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students with SEMH challenges.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and learning.
Develop and implement behaviour management strategies tailored to individual student needs.
Work closely with support staff, parents, and external agencies to provide holistic support.
Monitor and report on student progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.
Build strong relationships with students, helping them to develop self-esteem and resilience.Qualifications:

A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) with experience in SEMH settings.
Strong understanding of SEMH challenges and effective intervention strategies.
Excellent behaviour management and classroom leadership skills.
Empathy, patience, and a commitment to supporting vulnerable students.
Strong communication and team-working skills.What We Offer:
